Als Coördinator Regiosport bij de PZC geef je richting aan onze sportjournalistiek in Zeeland. Je combineert journalistieke ervaring met leiderschap en een sterke digitale visie. Je stuurt een team van sportjournalisten en freelancers aan én staat zelf met je voeten in de klei. Van het laatste nieuws over Zeeuwse voetbalclubs tot bijzondere verhalen over lokale sporters: jij weet wat er speelt, waar onze lezers op zitten te wachten en hoe je een verhaal digitaal tot leven brengt. Zo zorg je ervoor dat de PZC dé plek blijft voor regionaal sportnieuws! Wat ga je doen? Als Coördinator Regiosport ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en journalistieke koers van onze sportredactie. Je houdt overzicht, ziet kansen en zorgt ervoor dat goede ideeën daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Tegelijkertijd blijf je zelf actief als journalist en mediamaker. Je werkt midden in het dynamische ritme van de sportjournalistiek. De ene dag stuur je de verslaggeving rond een belangrijke voetbalwedstrijd aan, de volgende dag werk je aan een verdiepend verhaal, een podcast of een nieuw digitaal format. Dit ga je onder andere doen: - Je geeft leiding aan een sportredactie van drie collega's en een groep freelancers en werkt zelf actief mee binnen het team; - Je bepaalt samen met de redactie de journalistieke koers voor regiosport in Zeeland en bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze sportverslaggeving; - Je zorgt voor actuele, onderscheidende en relevante sportcontent voor onze website, app en krant; - Je houdt scherp in de...
