Daarbij stuur je medewerkers aan, bewaak je prestaties en kwaliteit en grijp je in wanneer processen niet volgens verwachting verlopen. Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan verbeteringen binnen het depot. - Logistieke medewerkers aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen; - Inbound-, outbound- en retourprocessen coördineren; - Voorraad, kwaliteit en productiviteit bewaken; - Werkplanningen opstellen en werkzaamheden verdelen; - Operationele knelpunten signaleren en oplossen; - Logistieke administratie en documentatie verwerken; - Toezien op veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen het depot; - Procesverbeteringen signaleren en implementeren; - Schakelen tussen werkvloer, collega's en management; - Operationeel meewerken wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Functie eisen Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je overzicht houdt, medewerkers kunt aansturen en snel kunt schakelen binnen een logistieke omgeving. Harde eisen: - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau door opleiding en/of ervaring; - Ervaring binnen de logistiek, bij voorkeur in een operationele omgeving; - Ervaring met het coördineren van logistieke processen en teams; - Goede kennis van logistieke systemen, voorraadbeheer en orderverwerking; - Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal; - Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst van maandag tot en met zaterdag tussen 06:00 en 23:00 uur; - Woonachtig binnen 25 km van Bleiswijk; - In bezit van eigen vervoer.
