Jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat het scanproces soepel blijft verlopen. Als teamleider scanproces stuur je een team van drie medewerkers aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse voortgang van digitaliseringswerkzaamheden.

Dit zijn jouw werkzaamheden als scancoördinator

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de productievloer, klanten en management. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat de digitaliseringswerkzaamheden efficiënt, nauwkeurig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

- Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van een team van drie medewerkers

- Coördineren van de dagelijkse scanwerkzaamheden

- Bewaken van productiviteit, kwaliteit en deadlines

- Controleren van scans op volledigheid, leesbaarheid en juiste registratie

- Opstellen en beheren van planningen en roosters

- Rapporteren van voortgang en resultaten aan interne en externe stakeholders

- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen

- Ondersteunen bij scanwerkzaamheden tijdens piekmomenten

- Oplossen van eenvoudige storingen aan scanapparatuur

- Brutosalaris van € 3.726,67 per maand

- Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer met een maximum van € 21,98 per dag

- Uitzendcontract via Manpower met kans op contractovername door Xerox

- Gratis ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via Manpower Academy (meer dan 200 online trainingen)

- Fulltime baan van 40 uur per week

- Ervaring met scannen, zodat je in drukke tijden kunt bijspringen

- Ervaring als coordinator in het aansturen van in elk geval een à twee personen

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift, in verband met de communicatie op de werkvloer in deze taal
