Je bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor preventie, opvang, nazorg en passende vervolgstappen, voert gesprekken met melders van agressie-incidenten en draagt zorg voor registratie, signalering en verbetering van de aanpak. Belangrijkste taken - Behandelen en coördineren van meldingen rondom agressie, ongewenst gedrag en ingrijpende gebeurtenissen. - Adviseren van leidinggevenden en collega's over preventie, opvang, nazorg en passende vervolgstappen. - Bewaken van de registratie van incidenten, signaleren van patronen en vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties. - Bijdragen aan voorlichting, instructies en bewustwording over gezond, veilig en weerbaar werken. - Actualiseren en beheren van het agressie- en weerbaarheidsprotocol en begeleiden van de implementatie van wijzigingen binnen de organisatie. - Monitoren van de effectiviteit van de aanpak rondom agressie, sociale veiligheid en weerbaarheid en voorstellen doen voor doorontwikkeling. - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van faciliteiten, processen, protocollen en voorzieningen in samenwerking met betrokken afdelingen en managers. - Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor trainingen en afstemming over trainingen, evaluaties en verbeterpunten. - Ondersteunen bij de uitvoering, actualisatie en opvolging van RI&E's, waaronder het opstellen en monitoren van plannen van aanpak. - Onderhouden van contact met relevante interne en externe partners.
