Coördinator Sortering (Avonddienst) - Vianen - LBO , MBO , - €16,64 - €20,24 per uur - Fulltime , WAT GA JE DOEN? Als Coördinator Sortering ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een optimaal verloop van het sorteerproces op een moderne sorteerstraat. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de operatie efficiënt verloopt, de kwaliteit hoog blijft en de dagelijkse productiedoelstellingen worden behaald. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Het aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers op de sorteerstraat. - Het bewaken en verbeteren van KPI's op het gebied van kwaliteit en productiviteit. - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in het sorteerproces. - Samenwerken met collega's om de operatie continu te verbeteren. - Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en gestructureerde werkomgeving. WAT BRENG JIJ MEE? - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de logistiek. - Je hebt leidinggevende kwaliteiten en weet mensen te motiveren. - Je bent besluitvaardig, stressbestendig en houdt overzicht. - Je werkt resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor kwaliteit. - Je bent beschikbaar voor de avonddienst van 18:00 tot 03:00 uur. WAT HAAL JIJ ERUIT? - Salaris conform cao Beroepsgoederenvervoer (TLN, D-schaal) - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer (vanaf 10 tot maximaal 25 kilometer enkelereis). - 25 vakantiedagen om lekker op vakantie te gaan en 8% vakantiegeld. - Pensioenopbouw via Stipp+. - Een afwisselende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid. - Werken binnen een enthousiast en betrokken team van 11 collega's in de operationele aansturing. - Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en procesverbetering. - Een dynamische logistieke omgeving waarin geen avond hetzelfde is....
