Iemand die rust brengt als er veel tegelijk gebeurt en het team helpt om iedere dag een beetje beter te worden. Smakelijke kennismaking! Een storing oplossen geeft voldoening. Maar nog mooier is het als die storing daarna niet meer terugkomt. Als Coördinator Storingsdienst kom je in een team van zes storingsmonteurs. Zij kennen de techniek en weten hoe de fabriek werkt. Jij helpt hen om die kennis nog beter te benutten, meer van elkaar te leren en niet alleen storingen op te lossen, maar ze steeds vaker voor te zijn. We zoeken iemand die techniek begrijpt, goed met mensen kan omgaan en verbanden ziet. Iemand die rust brengt als er veel tegelijk gebeurt en die het team helpt om iedere dag een beetje beter te worden. Wat ga je doen? In onze fabriek in Doetinchem maken we pindakaas en verschillende soorten noten. Grote kans dat je producten van ons in je keukenkast hebt staan. Om die producten iedere dag te kunnen maken, moet onze techniek goed werken. En daar komen jij en jouw team om de hoek kijken. Je coördineert de 24/7 storingsdienst en stemt de prioriteiten af met Productie. Je zorgt voor een goede bezetting, maakt de planning en verdeelt de werkzaamheden binnen het team. Daarbij ben je een aanspreekpunt voor je collega's: je helpt hen bij technische vraagstukken, denkt mee en coacht waar dat nodig is. Je kijkt verder dan de storing van vandaag. Door storingen te analyseren en verbanden te leggen tussen storingen en het rendement van productielijnen, ontdek je waar structurele verbeteringen mogelijk zijn. Je gebruikt bijvoorbeeld root cause analyses en Break Down Elimination om te bepalen welke maatregelen nodig zijn binnen het preventieve onderhoud.
