Kom als Coördinator Supply Chain en Operationele Planning het team van Brink Industrial in Hoogeveen versterken en bouw mee aan een efficiënte, toekomstgerichte en groeigerichte productieorganisatie. Als Coördinator Supply Chain en Operationele Planning geef je vanuit een meewerkende rol leiding aan de collega's binnen werkvoorbereiding, inkoop, planning en logistiek en zorg je dat deze disciplines optimaal op elkaar én op de productie aansluiten. Brink Industrial heeft een grote diversiteit aan technieken en productieprocessen in huis. Voordat een eindproduct gereed is, vinden verschillende bewerkingen plaats. Dat maakt de planning en onderlinge afstemming complex. Precies daar ligt jouw uitdaging: jij brengt structuur, overzicht en rust en zorgt voor een stabiele workflow. Je bewaakt de voortgang, zorgt dat beschikbare capaciteit efficiënt wordt benut en grijpt in wanneer processen dreigen vast te lopen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wat vandaag nodig is, maar ook naar hoe processen slimmer, efficiënter en beter voorspelbaar kunnen worden ingericht. Jouw werkplek is op het bedrijfsbureau, midden in de productiehallen. Je valt onder de manager productie, met wie je intensief samenwerkt. Ook werk je nauw samen met de technisch manager, die veel technische expertise heeft over de specifieke productieprocessen binnen Brink Industrial. Van order naar een haalbare productieplanning Jij zorgt dat de supply chain optimaal verloopt. Binnenkomende orders worden door jouw team verwerkt in ERP-pakket MKG en vertaald naar een productieplanning in Epicflow.
