Functie Coördinator Support Als Coördinator Support ben jij: - HBO werk- en denkniveau met enkele jaren ervaring in support, klantenservice of operations. - Ervaring met het aansturen van of coördineren van een team, incl. planning, roosters en capaciteitsvraagstukken. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, mondeling en schriftelijk, en gevoel voor toon en zorgvuldigheid in klantcontact. - Een gestructureerde, praktische en oplossingsgerichte werkwijze, met rust bij drukte en besluitvaardigheid. - Digitale vaardigheid, ervaring met systemen, dashboards en kan meedenken hoe we processen kunnen vereenvoudigen en automatiseren. Jouw rol bij MiGuide Als Coördinator Support geef je leiding aan een team van ongeveer 12 supportmedewerkers en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, bezetting, planning en verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Je stuurt het team aan en springt zelf bij waar nodig, bij drukte, complexe vragen of nieuwe werkwijzen . Wat je doet - Dagelijks leiding geven aan het supportteam, inclusief inwerken, begeleiden en beoordelen van medewerkers. - Planning, roosters, taakverdeling en bezetting van de afdeling regelen, inclusief bewaking van budget en formatie. - De kwaliteit van klantcontact via telefoon, mail en andere kanalen bewaken en werkafspraken en processen helder houden. - Knelpunt...
