Jouw rol: anderen sterker maken

Als Coördinator Talent & Ontwikkeling ben je de schakel tussen medewerkers, coaches, productie, klanten en partners. Je staat dicht bij de werkvloer en denkt tegelijk mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van NEKTARI.

Je leert medewerkers kennen, observeert, voert gesprekken en neemt testen en screenings af. Je brengt talenten en competenties in kaart en stelt steeds de vraag: Hoe kunnen we iemand verder brengen?

Je maakt groeikansen zichtbaar, ondersteunt ontwikkelacties en volgt de evolutie op. Samen met de coaches help je medewerkers om sterker, zelfstandiger en meer eigenaar van hun ontwikkeling te worden.

Van talent naar ontwikkeling én resultaat: Je werkt nauw samen met productie en andere diensten om : mensontwikkeling en kwalitatieve resultaten met elkaar te verbinden.

Ook bij nieuwe projecten en klantvragen denk je mee: welke competenties hebben we nodig en welke mensen kunnen hierin groeien?

Als trekker van de NAC – NEKTARI Academy bouw je mee aan opleidingen, doorgroeitrajecten en leertrajecten. Ook instroom maakt deel uit van je rol. Je werkt samen met VDAB, GTB en andere partners, verzorgt intakes en testen en volgt nieuwe medewerkers op binnen onder meer stages, AMA- en leertrajecten.

Je kijkt vooruit: welke talenten en competenties hebben we morgen nodig en hoe kunnen we daar vandaag al op inzetten?

Profiel

Jouw mindset: Je gelooft dat mensen kunnen groeien en dat de juiste omgeving, ondersteuning en verwachtingen een verschil maken.

Je combineert positiviteit met realiteitszin. Je erkent drempels, maar laat ze niet bepalen wat mogelijk is. Je bent verbindend, kritisch en oplossingsgericht en krijgt energie van mensen die dankzij jouw ondersteuning stappen vooruit zetten.

Je behaalde een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een pedagogische, sociale, psychologische, HR- of menswetenschappelijke richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Ervaring met onze doelgroep is een pluspunt. Ervaring met sociale economie, arbeidsbemiddeling, coaching, testing, assessment, trajectbegeleiding, HR, competentiemanagement of organisatieontwikkeling is een troef.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

bij voorkeur in een pedagogische, sociale, psychologische, HR- of menswetenschappelijke richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
