Dit ga je doen Als Coördinator van het team Locatieondersteuning 2 ben je operationeel verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een deel van de medewerkers op onze locaties met ICT-balies en werkplekondersteuning. Jij bent voor het team aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Daarnaast rapporteer je de dagelijkse gang van zaken aan de teammanager. Je hebt ervaring met het verbeteren van de werkprocessen, waar nodig analyseer je bestaande processen en implementeer je verbeteringen om de operationele effectiviteit te verhogen. Dit doe je in samenwerking met andere teams. Je communiceert met meerdere partijen, waaronder de klant, interne afdelingen binnen SSC-ICT en je eigen team. Het vereist uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht om effectief te kunnen samenwerken. Op locatie fungeer je namens onze ICT organisatie als aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je pakt escalaties zelfstandig op en handelt deze af. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om te werken met een Queue Management System (QMS) en verzorg je een deel van het functioneel beheer hiervan. Je zorgt ervoor dat het systeem optimaal functioneert. Binnen het team werken we met de nieuwste apparaten, het is belangrijk dat je hier aantoonbare affiniteit mee hebt. Je blijft op de hoogte van technologische ontwikkelingen en zorgt ervoor dat het team altijd met de meest recente middelen werkt.
