Ben je sterk in plannen, technisch onderlegd en klaar voor een functie waarin je dagelijks de touwtjes in handen hebt? We zoeken iemand die het overzicht behoudt over onderhoudswerken en kleine technische projecten binnen HVAC en sanitaire installaties.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Projectbeheer van A tot Z: van voorbereiding en materiaalinkoop tot planning, administratie en budgetcontrole.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van techniekers op de werf, inclusief coördinatie en kwaliteitsbewaking.
  • Technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's, inclusief ondersteuning bij offertes en adviesverlening.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in een technische richting (HVAC, sanitair of gelijkaardig).
  • Je hebt ervaring in gebouwtechnieken, idealiter met coördinatie van projecten of teams.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, nauwkeurig en je communiceert helder.
  • Veiligheid en klantgerichtheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
