Voltijd mbo+ / hbo Coördinator Technische Dienst Van der Knaap Groep is een internationaal opererende organisatie die de professionele horti-industrie wereldwijd voorziet van een totaalpakket aan hoogwaardige substraatproducten. Als Coördinator TD ben je een ervaren techneut met leidinggevende kwaliteiten. Vanuit onze vestiging in Kwintsheul houd je je niet alleen bezig met het beheersen van onderhoud en storingen, maar ben je ook in staat structurele verbeteringen door te voeren. Werkzaamheden Als Coördinator Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de Technische Dienst binnen één van de units van Van der Knaap Groep. Je coördineert en plant onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan installaties en productiemiddelen en ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen. Je stelt een efficiënt onderhoudsplan op, bewaakt de voortgang en kosten en onderhoudt contact met interne afdelingen en externe leveranciers. Als meewerkend voorman neem je als coördinator actief deel aan onderhoudswerkzaamheden en fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt binnen het team. Je draagt actief bij aan verbeterprojecten op het gebied van betrouwbaarheid, duurzaamheid en efficiency van de technische processen. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan de onderhoudsmedewerkers en stimuleer je hun ontwikkeling. Je kunt ook worden ingezet voor de technische ondersteuning en opbouw van de (nog op te richten) buitenlandse productielocaties. Hierbij speel je een belangrijke rol in het inrichten van onderhoudsprocessen, het trainen van lokale teams en het waarborgen van de uniforme toepassing van Van der Knaap-standaarden wereldwijd. 40% uitvoerend werk 20% leidinggeven 15% (intern) overleg 15% administratieve taken 10% extern contact Wie ben jij?
