Vacature: Coördinator Technische Dienst (38 uur) Kun jij een team inspireren, processen stroomlijnen én technische uitdagingen oplossen? Dan ben jij misschien welde Coördinator Technische Dienst die we zoeken bij Strandcamping Groede en de andere ondernemingen die vallenonder Van Damme Recreatie. Bij ons draait alles om het bieden van een onvergetelijke vakantie-ervaring aan onze gasten. Direct gelegen aan deprachtige kust van Zeeuws-Vlaanderen heeft onze organisatie faciliteiten variërend van strandhuisjes op het strand,groepswoningen tot ruime kampeerplaatsen en chalets. Ook horeca (o.a. strandpaviljoens) en verschillende soortendagrecreatie behoren tot ons aanbod. Als Coördinator ben je samen met collega's de sleutel tot het handhaven van onze hoge servicekwaliteit en het oplossenvan technische problemen die kunnen optreden. Wat ga je doen?HieronderHieronder kort een aantal taken. In een kennismakingsgesprek vertellen we je graag meer. Leidinggeven aan de Technische Dienst: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing, uitvoering enkwaliteit van de Technische Dienst en daarbij horende storingsdienst. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor datalle technische aspecten van de camping soepel verlopen.Beheer en onderhoud verhuuraccommodaties, (sanitair) gebouwen en inventaris: Je coördineert hetonderhoud en de technische staat in samenwerking met je team. Samen met de teamleider Facilitairmaak je hiervoor onderhouds- en beheerplannen. Mee ontwikkelen en implementeren van nieuwe (technische) ontwikkelingen: Samen met deteamleider Facilitair en andere disciplines binnen de organisatie ga je actief aan de slag met devertaling van idee naar uitvoering.
