Je uitdagingen

Je combineert hands-on technische interventies met planning en coördinatie vanaf je bureau:

  • Storingen opsporen en verhelpen, maar ook onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren.
  • Technische installaties en infrastructuur inspecteren en opvolgen.
  • Werken door externe firma’s (in)plannen, opvolgen en coördineren.
  • Bij grotere projecten input geven, deze opvolgen en in goede banen leiden.
  • De technische permanentie mee opnemen voor dringende storingen. Want storingen houden niet altijd rekening met kantooruren.
  • De dagelijkse werking mee organiseren en collega’s aansturen.
  • Bestellingen plaatsen, werkbonnen, facturen en offertes opvolgen.

Samengevat: jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste dingen gebeuren, op het juiste moment… liefst voordat er ergens een lampje begint te knipperen.

Je profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring. Ervaring met HVAC of koeltechniek is een plus!
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis en elektrische schema’s lees jij zonder problemen.
  • Je werkt graag georganiseerd, proactief en planmatig. Stressbestendig is jouw bijnaam.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels en communiceert vlot.
  • Je hebt reeds gewerkt met Excel, Word en Outlook.
