Coördinator Technische Dienst Contractueel – voltijds – B4-B5

Geef richting aan mensen, techniek én dienstverlening. Hou je ervan om mensen te coachen, structuur te brengen en ervoor te zorgen dat een technische dienst elke dag efficiënt draait? Combineer je technisch inzicht met sterk organisatietalent en natuurlijk leiderschap? Dan zoeken we jou. Als Coördinator Technische Dienst zorg jij ervoor dat mensen, middelen en processen perfect op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Je ondersteunt en coacht de werkleiders en magazijnier, bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de werking en bouwt mee aan een technische dienst die klaar is voor de toekomst. Zo maak jij elke dag mee het verschil voor een verzorgd, duurzaam en veilig Liedekerke.

Wat ga je doen? Je neemt de coördinatie van de technische dienst in handen en zorgt voor een duidelijke, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle werking.

Je:

  • coacht en ondersteunt de werkleiders en magazijnier en helpt hen groeien in hun rol;
  • zorgt voor een goede taakverdeling, duidelijke prioriteiten en een sterke samenwerking tussen de verschillende teams;
  • volgt de dagelijkse werking op en grijpt in wanneer processen beter, slimmer of efficiënter kunnen;
  • bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid, continuïteit en dienstverlening;
  • ontwikkelt en optimaliseert procedures, werkafspraken en interne processen;
  • stimuleert digitalisering en verdere professionalisering van de technische dienst;
  • bewaakt een efficiënt en duurzaam gebruik van voertuigen, machines, materialen en budgetten;
  • werkt nauw samen met andere gemeentelijke diensten, aannemers, leveranciers, studiebureaus en externe partners;
  • vertaalt beleidsdoelstellingen naar concrete acties en projecten op het terrein;
  • levert inhoudelijke input voor beleidsvoorbereiding, investeringen en meerjarenplanning.

Kortom: jij houdt het overzicht, brengt mensen samen en zorgt ervoor dat plannen ook effectief gerealiseerd worden.

Wie zoeken we? We zoeken vooral een coachende leidinggevende die initiatief neemt, mensen kan meenemen en tegelijk oog heeft voor kwaliteit en resultaat.

Je beschikt over:

  • een bachelordiploma;
  • ervaring binnen een technische omgeving;
  • ervaring met het coördineren of aansturen van medewerkers.

Daarnaast:

  • communiceer je duidelijk en overtuigend;
  • weet je mensen te motiveren en samenwerking te stimuleren;
  • kan je prioriteiten stellen en het overzicht bewaren;
  • denk je oplossingsgericht en zie je snel waar processen beter kunnen;
  • durf je verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en beslissingen te nemen;
  • heb je aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en een klantgerichte dienstverlening;
  • kan je vlot schakelen tussen de dagelijkse praktijk en een bredere organisatorische of beleidsmatige blik.
