Dan ben jij misschien wel de Coördinator Technische Dienst die we zoeken bij Strandcamping Groede ende andere ondernemingen binnen Van Damme Recreatie. Bij ons draait alles om een fijne en zorgeloze ervaring voor onze gasten. Dat vraagt om faciliteiten die netjes, veilig engoed onderhouden zijn. Als Coördinator Technische Dienst speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol. Je zorgt datwerkzaamheden goed worden voorbereid, verdeeld, uitgevoerd en opgevolgd. Samen met je team draag je bij aan eengoed werkende technische operatie en een gastvrije omgeving.De functie is afwisselend en praktisch. De ene dag houd je je bezig met storingen, onderhoudsplanning enwerkverdeling, de andere dag stem je werkzaamheden af met collega's, leveranciers of externe partijen. Je werkt nauwsamen met de Teamleider Facilitair en met collega's van onder andere Groendienst, Terrein/Infra, Huishoudelijke Diensten ICT. Wat je gaat doen:Als Coördinator Technische Dienst zorg je ervoor dat het technische werk goed loopt. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat collega's weten wat er moet gebeuren.Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het team Technische Dienst. Je verdeelt werkzaamheden, bewaakt devoortgang en zorgt dat onderhoud, storingen en meldingen goed worden opgepakt.Je coördineert beheer en onderhoud van accommodaties, gebouwen, paviljoens,buitenvoorzieningen, faciliteiten en inventaris. Daarbij heb je aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid engastbeleving.Je bereidt werkzaamheden voor, maakt planningen en stemt af met interne afdelingen, leveranciersen externe onderhoudspartijen.Je denkt mee over verbeteringen, technische on...
