The posting

Als Themacoördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, planning en innovatie van de inhoud voor onze vakantiekampen zonder overnachting. Om dit bol te werken, ben je een administratieve duizendpoot.

Met de externe partners ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van prijsafspraken, het opvolgen van facturen, het onderhandelen etc.

Je vertaalt de visie van Heyo naar boeiende, pedagogische en kwaliteitsvolle activiteiten en draaiboeken en zorgt ervoor dat onze monitoren hiermee aan de slag kunnen. Met jouw creativiteit en passie voor kinderen werk je samen met tal van inhoudelijke partners om samen de beste kampbeleving op poten te zetten.

Daarnaast verwachten we ook dat je tijdens de vakantieperiodes mee kamplocaties opbouwt, coördineert en afbouwt. Monitoren coachen en ondersteunen is dan ook een deel van jouw takenpakket mee op kamp gaat.

Hier zet je graag je tanden in.

  • Administratie: je bent sterk in onderhandelen, opvolgen van facturen en offertes, je volgt de samenwerkingen met de verschillende partners goed op door bijvoorbeeld evaluaties, goochelt met materiaallijsten … Dit deel beslaat ongeveer 80% van de job.
  • Analytisch en organisatorisch: Jij weet thema’s te analyseren, projecten te ontwikkelen en houdt de planning van uitstappen en workshops strak in de gaten.
  • Creatief: Jij hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen van educatieve en creatieve programma’s en weet deze naadloos af te stemmen op de behoeften van onze kinderen. Dit deel beslaat ongeveer 20% van de job.
  • Kennis van trends: Je blijft continu op de hoogte van trends en ontwikkelingen binnen jeugdactiviteiten en pedagogiek, zodat de inhoud van onze kampen altijd relevant en inspirerend blijft.
  • Teamspeler: Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams, van regio-coördinatoren tot logistieke medewerkers, om de inhoud te implementeren.

Als jij ervaring hebt met de administratieve kant van vakantiethema's en ook nog een tikkeltje creatief bent, dan ben jij degene die we zoeken! Suggestie: Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een creatief brein? Dan ben jij degene die we zoeken!

  • Minstens een bachelordiploma; ervaring in jeugdwerk is een zeer duidelijke meerwaarde.
  • Administratief zeer sterk met een sterke pedagogische blik.
  • Georganiseerd en gestructureerd kunnen werken.
  • Vlotte en professionele communicatie.
  • Standplaats Gent, met bereidheid tot verplaatsing indien nodig
  • Flexibel inzetbaar, met engagement tijdens piekperiodes (avond- en occasioneel weekendwerk)
