De opdracht kan worden ingevuld via een tijdelijk dienstverband of op zzp-basis. Wat ga je doen? Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor verenigingen en pakt de lopende vragen, bijeenkomsten en dossiers praktisch en zelfstandig op. Je houdt je vooral bezig met: - verenigingsbestuurders adviseren en verder helpen bij praktische en inhoudelijke vragen; - vragen beantwoorden en zorgen voor duidelijke en actuele informatievoorziening; - nieuwe verenigingen begeleiden, van eerste initiatief tot aansluiting bij de KNRB; - de dossiers accommodaties en roeiwater coördineren; - regiobijeenkomsten, webinars, bestuurdersbijeenkomsten en de workshop voorafgaand aan de Voorjaars-AV organiseren; - de KNRB Community beheren; - de inhoud voor de Verenigingspost (de nieuwsbrief voor verenigingsbestuurders) verzorgen; - de voortgang en resultaten bijhouden en hierover rapporteren. Daarnaast ben je vanuit het bondsbureau verantwoordelijk voor de Commissie Nieuwe Verenigingen en de Commissie Roeiwateren. Je stelt de jaaropdrachten op, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en resultaten worden gerealiseerd. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de commissies, verenigingen, het bestuur en de werkorganisatie. Wie zoeken we?
