Je geeft leiding aan het keukenteam, stelt duidelijke kaders, bewaakt de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de dienstverlening en zorgt dat mensen, processen en systemen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen de afgesproken kaders, signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en ondersteunt de manager bij beleidsmatige en organisatorische vraagstukken. Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar werkbare processen en duidelijke afspraken en neemt het team daarin mee. De komende jaren speelt de nieuwbouw een belangrijke rol. ZGT maakt de overstap van een centrale naar een decentrale keukenvoorziening. Als procesontwerper denk je mee over nieuwe werkprocessen en flows, breng je jouw expertise in binnen project- en werkgroepen en begeleid je medewerkers tijdens de gefaseerde overgang naar de nieuwe werkwijze. Daarbij weet je ook bij weerstand draagvlak te creëren. Daarnaast vervul je deels de rol van functioneel beheerder van Culicart, het systeem waarmee patiënten hun maaltijden kunnen aanvragen. Je zorgt dat het systeem goed aansluit op het voedingsproces en de behoeften van gebruikers, signaleert knelpunten en draagt bij aan het optimaal functioneren en verder ontwikkelen van de applicatie. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - leidinggeeft aan het keukenteam, duidelijke kaders stelt en eigenaarschap en samenwerking stimuleert; - de kwaliteit, continuïteit en doelmatigheid van de patiëntenvoeding bewaakt en waar nodig bijstuurt; - knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden vertaalt naar concrete acties, werkafspraken en verbeterde processen; - de manager beleidsmatig ondersteunt en adviseert over kw...
