- Midden Nederland - 24/40 uur - HBO denk- en werkniveau De Midden Nederland Hallen, de Oranjerie in Barneveld, Huize Randebroek in Amersfoort zijn locaties die zijn ontwikkeld tot prachtige evenementen/short stay locaties. Next Venue is opzoek naar een werkvoorbereider bij de nieuwe projecten! In deze functie zorg jij er voor dat in de verbouwingen en (re) styling van onze evenementenlocaties alle planningen kloppen, de budgetten in de gaten gehouden worden en steek je zo nodig zelf de handen uit de mouwen. Dit ga je doen Je bent onderdeel van het team 'nieuwe projecten' binnen Next Venue. Dit team (styling en bouw) wordt ingezet tijdens de (af)bouw en voltooiing van onze nieuwe locaties. Daarnaast denk en werk je ook mee an de verbouwing van onze al bestaande locaties. We werken met onze eigen mensen en betrouwbare onderaannemers. Je valt direct onder de eigenaar. Je bent betrokken bij het wekelijkse bouwoverleg. Jouw bijdrage betaalt zich uit in perfecte voorbereiding, scherpe inkoop en de juiste teamspirit. Jij! - Hebt ervaring met grote (ver)bouw projecten; - Bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk, stressbestendig, accuraat, initiatiefrijk ; - Bent een uitstekende planner, calculator en organisator met hands-on mentaliteit; - B ent communicatief sterk en kunt samenwerken; - Bent minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar ; - Bent in bezit van rijbewijs.
