The posting

Voor een opstartende vzw in Brussel, die zich richt op preventie van schooluitval en het aanpakken van belemmeringen in het schooltraject, zowel in basis- als in secundair onderwijs, zijn we op zoek naar een coördinator. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks aansturen van de organisatie, het team en de werking. Je bewaakt de focus en zorgt dat de werking haalbaar, efficiënt en kwalitatief blijft.

Je staat in voor:

- Team- en personeelsbeleid: aansturen van het team van 5VTE, voeren van functionerings- en opvolgingsgesprekken, ondersteunen van medewerkers in hun rol en ontwikkeling, zorg dragen voor een gezond en werkbaar werkklimaat,...

- Dagelijkse werking en organisatie: organiseren en sturctureren van een dagelijkse werking, bewaken van een goede taakverdeling en werkdruk, prioriteren va opdrachten, monitoren van voortgang in processen,...

- Inhoudelijke sturing: waken over rolafbakening, bewaken van kwaliteit en methodiek van de werking, ondersteunen van het team bij complexe situaties,...

- Netwerk en externe relaties: uitbouwen en onderhouden van strategische samenwekringen (scholen, CLB's, welzijn), vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie naar partners en stakeholders,...

- Beleid en rapportering: vertalen van signalen uit de praktijk naar beleidsaanbevelingen, rapporteren aan bestuur, meewerken aan verdere ontwikkelingen,...

Daarbij ligt de focus duidelijk op het uitwerken van een aanbod naar de basisscholen rond aanpak van gedragsmoeilijkheden, herstelgerichte werking voor basis- en secundair onderwijs, het in kaart brengen van mogelijks schoolexterne partners voor time-out trajecten in basis- en secundair onderwijs. Je bouwt een netwerk uit van partners die iets kunnen betekenen in het vermijden van schooluitval bij Brusselse kinderen en jongeren.
