Werken bij Natures Pride Coördinator Warehouse - Warehouse - 40 uur per week - € 3049 - € 3966 Coördinator Warehouse Als Logistiek Coördinator in het Warehouse zorg je er met jouw leidinggevende en planning skills voor dat de inkomende goederenstroom zo soepel mogelijk en efficiënt verloopt. Je weet het overzicht te bewaren en streeft de planning na. Je zorgt voor een veilige, nette en een goed georganiseerde werkomgeving. Je stuurt op de afwijkingen en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen. Ook voer je diverse operationele administratieve taken uit. Door jouw verbindende en motiverende houding weet jij een sfeer te creëren van openheid en vertrouwen in het team. Je verdeeld binnen het team de taken en bewaakt de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden binnen het logistieke proces. Je leidt nieuwe collega's op en houdt de ontwikkeling van jouw collega's in de gaten. Input voor de HR cyclus lever je aan bij de Teamleider. Zie je dat huidige logistieke processen beter kunnen? Dan wordt het gewaardeerd als je initiatief toont en meedenkt over verbeteringen. Dit kan je bespreekbaar maken met je leidinggevende. Je bent proactief en levert input in teamoverleg en over de dagelijkse stand van zaken in dagstarts. Je zult veel zelfstandige beslissingen moeten nemen, maar ook in een teamverband moeten kunnen functioneren en daarnaast inzetbaar moeten kunnen zijn binnen de verschillende sub afdelingen van Inbound. Jij hebt : - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Aantoonbare ervaring met leidinggeven; - Basiskennis van en ervaring met HACCP en Lean (pre); - Ervaring in het werken met KPI's (is een pré); - Kennis en ervaring van logistieke processen en systemen; - Flexibel inzetbaar gedurende de werkweek en bereid te rouleren in het weekend en feestdagen. Competenties die van pas komen in deze functie zijn: stressbestendigheid, sociaal en communicatief sterk vaardig, organisatorisch sterk, gestructureerd kunnen werken en aansturend en coördinerend...
