Alles op schaal Vacature: Work Preparation & Quality Coordinator Arnhem AllOnScale bouwt hoogwaardige technische schaalmodellen van schepen, jachten en machines. Dat vraagt om nauwkeurig werk, een goede voorbereiding en duidelijke afspraken tussen projectleiding en werkplaats. Daar zoeken we iemand voor die overzicht houdt, vooruitkijkt en verantwoordelijkheid pakt. Je zorgt dat de werkplaats weet wat er moet gebeuren, dat afwijkingen op tijd worden gezien en dat projecten volgens afspraak en op het juiste kwaliteitsniveau worden uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? Je zit dicht op de dagelijkse uitvoering van onze projecten. Je: - bereidt werkzaamheden en werkorders voor; - controleert of informatie, tekeningen, onderdelen en modellen compleet en correct zijn; - signaleert afwijkingen voordat ze later in het proces problemen veroorzaken; - vertaalt problemen naar duidelijke acties voor de juiste collega; - bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en deadlines; - stemt dagelijks af met projectleiding en werkplaats; - legt controles en belangrijke projectinformatie duidelijk vast; - ziet waar onze werkwijze beter kan en helpt verbeteringen daadwerkelijk door te voeren. Je bent daarmee een belangrijke schakel tussen voorbereiding, uitvoering en kwaliteit. Wat verwachten we van jou? We zoeken iemand die na een korte inwerkperiode zelfstandig overzicht kan houden over zijn of haar werk. Je hoeft geen ervaring met schaalmodellen te hebben. Ervaring in een technische productieomgeving is veel belangrijker. Je hebt bijvoorbeeld gewerkt als werkvoorbereider, projectcoördinator, productiecoördinator of kwaliteitscoördinator. Belangrijk voor ons is dat je: - technisch inzicht hebt; - gestructureerd werkt en overzicht houdt; - afwijkingen en risico's vroeg ziet; - collega's duidelijk kunt aanspreken en informeren; - zelf actie onderneemt wanneer iets niet klopt; - verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het resultaat van je werk.
