(Coördinerend) begeleider EMB | Vierhouten Krijg jij energie van het verlenen van zorg aan bewoners met een auditieve en/of visuele ernstig meervoudige beperking? Binnen onze locatie, waar wij ook dagbesteding bieden zoeken wij een nieuwe collega. Heb je interesse om te gaan werken in een enthousiast team, lees dan verder. Met plezier je werk doen voor bewoners. Je werkt in een betrokken team van 12 collega's op Hulst "Boven". Hulst is een kleinschalige woonvoorziening op de eerste etage, midden in het bosrijke Vierhouten. Hier wonen negen bewoners met een ernstig meervoudige beperking, vaak in combinatie met een auditieve en of visuele beperking. De bewoners zijn tussen de 40 en 70 jaar en zijn ouder wordend. Iedere bewoner heeft een eigen zorgvraag en eigen mogelijkheden. Op Hulst Boven werken we integraal (wonen en dagbesteding). Wij werken nauw samen met de andere woningen binnen het dagcentrum magnolia. Dat betekent dat je onderdeel bent van het dagelijks leven van de bewoners, doordeweeks en in het weekend. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een dag die klopt. Met activiteiten die passen bij de bewoners: creatief, belevingsgericht en afgestemd op wat iemand nodig heeft. Wat ga je doen ? • Je start je dienst op de woning en verzorgt daarna de dagbesteding op de woning of het dagcentrum; • Je organiseert activiteiten die passen bij de bewoners en hen uitdagen; • Je werkt volgens de LACCS principes, BIM en Shantala; • Je volgt scholing gericht op het begeleiden van bewoners met een visuele en auditieve beperking; • Je leert de bewoners goed kennen en herkent ook de kleinste signalen; • Je zorgt voor een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving; • Je signaleert behoeften en speelt in op wat bewoners nodig hebben; • Je deelt inzichten tijdens maandelijkse overleggen om de zorg te verbeteren; • Je werkt ook in de avond en in het weekend, omdat het leven van bewoners altijd doorgaat.
