Coördinerend begeleider (Beverwijk) Organisatie: Stichting SIG Locatie: Beverwijk Opleidingsniveau HBO Uren per week 32 uur per week Solliciteren kan tot en met 07 oktober 2026 De SIG is een professionele, kleinschalige organisatie voor mensen met een beperking en/of autismeverwante stoornis in Midden- en Zuid-Kennemerland. De SIG biedt begeleiding op alle levensgebieden: opvoeding, wonen, financiën/schulden, dagbesteding en sociale activering. Het cluster Dagbesteding biedt een zeer divers dagbestedingsaanbod voor mensen met een beperking (VG en GGZ). Naast het ambachtelijk dagcentrum Wisselwerk in Beverwijk, worden er winkeltjes gerund en diensten geleverd in zorgcentra en zijn onze cliënten actief in onder andere een drukkerij, kinderboerderij en op het bestuursbureau van de SIG. Ook de samenwerking met Welzijn Beverwijk levert mooie projecten op zoals een buurtwinkel in Beverwijk. Vanuit de buurtwinkel worden diverse diensten geleverd en klusjes uitgevoerd voor buurtbewoners en ondernemers in de wijk . Wat ga je doen? - Je coördineert verschillende dagbestedingprojecten onder leiding van de teamleider; - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, je ondersteunt hen bij de uitvoering van hun werkzaamheden en geeft inhoudelijke werkaanwijzingen; - Je draagt zorg voor het waarborgen en monitoren van de werkprocessen in het kader van continuïteit; - Je levert een bijdrage aan het opbouwen en onderhouden van diverse externe contacten; - Je werkt nauw samen met nog 3 coördinatoren binnen de dagbesteding. De diverse dagbestedingsprojecten zijn onderverdeeld onder de coördinatoren. Je vervult een coördinerende en sturende rol in het team binnen de dagelijkse werkpraktijk en ondersteunt de medewerkers bij de uitvoering van hun werkzaamheden. Denk hierbij o.a. aan het voeren van werkbegeleidingsgesprekken en het bewaken van afspraken die hieruit...
