Coördinerend begeleider Jeugd, Werk & Onwikkeling Voor de locatie Plus in Amsterdam zoeken wij een Coördinerend begeleider Jeugd, Werk & Ontwikkeling voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. Jouw werkplek Plus is na schoolse begeleiding voor kinderen in het speciaal onderwijs. We bieden deze begeleiding op SO (cluster 3) en VSO scholen binnen Amsterdam. (Amsterdam Nieuw-West, Amsterdam Oost, Buitenveldert en Amsterdam Noord) De leeftijden van de kinderen lopen uiteen van 4 tot 20 jaar. We kijken naar wat het kind nodig heeft en sluiten aan op de behoefte van het kind en ouders. De doelen zijn voornamelijk gericht op de sociaal emotionele ontwikkeling. Daarnaast besteden wij aandacht aan de weerbaarheid en zelfstandigheid van het kind. Jouw uitdaging Als coördinerend begeleider kom je te werken in een jong, gedreven en enthousiast team. Je coördineert de zorg rondom meerdere kinderen. Je kijkt hierbij naar het gedrag van het kind en denkt ontwikkelingsgericht. Je onderhoudt de dossiers en evalueert de zorg met andere zorgaanbieders, ouders en collega's. Je hebt een open en toegankelijke houding naar ouders en collega's. Je hebt kennis van de doelgroep en verschillende methodieken en kan deze toepassen in de praktijk. Over jou - Je bent pedagogisch of maatschappelijk opgeleid (hbo). - Je bent iemand die het leuk vindt om samen te werken in een team, maar ook zelfstandig kan werken. - Je beschikt over coachende vaardigheden en bent in staat het proces overkoepelend te bekijken. - Je hebt een positieve mindset en in staat tot omdenken wanneer nodig. - Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je bent stressbestendig, kan reflecteren op je handelen en ondersteunt ook je collega's hierin. - Je bent flexibel, creatief en enthousiast.
