Coördinerend Begeleider Julianakwartier Op het Julianakwartier, aan de rand van het centrum van Apeldoorn, wonen mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH). Wat deze bewoners gemeen hebben is dat zij een leven vóór en een leven ná het letsel kennen. Dat betekent soms ook rouw om wat verloren is gegaan op het gebied van onder andere werk, relaties, zelfstandigheid en het opnieuw zoeken naar balans en betekenis. Op het Julianakwartier creëren we een gestructureerde en veilige woonomgeving waarin bewoners zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie houden. Op deze locatie werk je in een hecht team met o.a. begeleiders, verpleegkundigen en behandelaren. Er hangt een fijne sfeer: open, betrokken en met een gezonde dosis humor.Zo maak jij het verschil We geloven dat betekenisvolle ondersteuning begint bij de ander écht zien. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar collega's die aan kunnen sluiten op de behoefte van iedere individuele cliënt, elke dag opnieuw. Samen met je collega's creëer je een omgeving waarin cliënten zich veilig voelen en zichzelf kunnen zijn. Vanwege hun beperking kunnen cliënten niet alles zelf doen (die ze misschien eerder wél konden). Jij bent er om hen te helpen gedurende dit proces. Dit kan door fysieke ondersteuning te bieden, bijvoorbeeld door iemand te wassen/douchen (ADL) met eventueel daarbij voorkomende voorbehouden handelingen, maar ook door mentale en emotionele ondersteuning, door gerust te stellen en naast iemand te staan gedurende een acceptatieproces. Als Coördinerend Begeleider ben je de spil in het zorg- en begeleidingsteam. Je werkt voor 80% mee in de dagelijkse zorg/begeleiding en gebruikt 20% van je tijd voor coördinatietaken. Daarmee draag je bij aan de kwaliteit van zorg én de samenwerking binnen het team.
