Bij Royaards van den Hamkade krijg je de ruimte om jouw ervaring in te zetten, zowel voor bewoners als het team. Hoe ziet jouw nieuwe werkplek eruit? Locatie Royaards van den Hamkade ligt in de wijk Ondiep. Dit is een gezellige volksbuurt in Utrecht. Het is een LVB+ woonlocatie voor volwassenen. LVB staat voor Licht Verstandelijke Beperking. De + staat voor ernstige gedragsproblemen en/of complexe problematiek. Dat klinkt uitdagend toch? Het team bestaat uit enthousiaste begeleiders die samen willen groeien en steeds beter willen worden. Als coördinerend begeleider ben jij een verbindende schakel op de locatie. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de zorg en draagt zorg voor een goed verloop van werkprocessen, zoals het plan- cyclisch werken, op de locatie. Je werkt actief mee met de begeleiders. Daarnaast heb je een coachende en coördinerende rol in het team. Je bent in staat om iedereen in zijn of haar kracht te zetten. Samen met jouw collega coördinerend begeleiders, begeleiders, gedragsdeskundige en manager, zorg jij ervoor dat de Royaards van den Hamkade een fijne woonplek is voor de bewoners. Hoe waarderen wij jou? - Een bruto maandsalaris van min. € 3.052,- en max. € 4.262,- (FWG 45) bij een 36-urige werkweek volgens de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg. - Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd met een proeftijd van twee maanden voor 24-36 uur per week. - We stimuleren groei binnen Eemhart, daarom bieden we ruime opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijk...
