Je werkt vanuit je hart en je levert een bijdrage aan een goed functionerende samenleving waarin burgers, kinderen en veteranen zich door (overheids-)organisaties gehoord, gezien en begrepen voelen. Met zo'n 234 bevlogen professionals die werken voor de Nationale ombudsman, Kinderombudsman en Veteranenombudsman, dagen we de betrokken organisaties uit hun dienstverlening te verbeteren. Zodat wat goed is voor burgers, kinderen en veteranen, voorop staat in alles wat deze organisaties doen. Als Coördinerend HR-Adviseur heb je een veelzijdige rol. Het ene moment bespreek je een personele vraag met een manager, het volgende moment werk je aan een HR-proces of zorg je ervoor dat HR-beleid of regelgeving goed wordt geïmplementeerd. Daarbij weet je snel te schakelen tussen strategische en tactisch/operationele vraagstukken. Je houdt overzicht, adviseert HR-collega's en management en werkt aan projecten die ertoe doen. Met jouw actuele kennis van CAO Rijk en relevante wet- en regelgeving vertaal je complexe kaders naar heldere en toepasbare adviezen. Binnen HR werken we aan vraagstukken die bijdragen aan een professionele en toekomstgerichte organisatie. Vanuit het jaarplan neem je het voortouw in actuele HR-thema's en verbetertrajecten en breng je samen met het team ambities in beweging. Denk daarbij aan strategische personeelsontwikkeling, leren en ontwikkelen, en het vertalen van de uitkomsten van het medewerkersonderzoek naar concrete verbeteringen. Als het gaat om het coördineren van processen en projecten heb je een sleutelrol. Zo houd je grip op lopende werkzaamheden en zorg je dat acties zorgvuldig worden opgepakt en afgerond.
