CVO HIK is een Hedendaags, Innovatief en Kwaliteitsvol centrum voor volwassenenonderwijs gelegen in de Kempen met 7 vestigingsplaatsen: Arendonk, Geel, Herentals, Veerle-Laakdal, Mol, Tessenderlo-Ham en Westerlo. We bieden een brede waaier cursussen aan in heel uiteenlopende vakgebieden.

CVO HIK wil voor elke cursist optimale onderwijskansen scheppen om zichzelf te ontplooien. Samen leren opent deuren in een snel evoluerende wereld. Vandaar onze leuze: “Samen groeien is onze keuze”. Hierbij willen we zowel inzetten op de individuele situatie van cursisten als op de professionele groei van elke leraar.

Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een centrumbreed coördinerend preventieadviseur .

Jouw taken:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de interne preventiedienst, verdeelt de taken en stuurt de twee lokale preventieadviseurs aan

- Je houdt het overzicht en volgt de globale preventieplan op

- Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de interne dienst en werkt nauw samen met de directie en technische dienst

- je voert de wettelijke taken van een preventieadviseur uit zoals beschreven in de codex.

- Je geeft advies bij de aankoop van arbeidsmiddelen, inventariseert, stelt in dienst en maakt veiligheidsinstructiekaarten op

- je registreert alle acties in het digitale beheerssysteem

- je neemt deel aan het CPBW

- je werkt mee aan het uitwerken of herwerken van procedures: evacuatie/noodplanning, EHBO, opvolgen ongevallen, wettelijke keuringen,...

- Je staat volledig achter de visie van levenslang leren en de missie van CVO HIK

- je hebt een opleiding preventieadviseeur niveau 2, liefst met ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie

- Je hebt bij voorkeur 5 jaar ervaring als preventieadviseur

- je bent vlot in het Nederlands

- Je bent digitaalvaardig en kan efficiënt werken met digitale tools, kennis van ArXs is een pluspunt

- Je werkt probleemoplossend, bent stressbestendig, hulpvaardig en vriendelijk
