Ben jij een gedreven SPV'er die graag werkt in een open en professioneel team? Wil jij cliënten écht helpen groeien en ontwikkelen in een ondersteunende omgeving? Lees van verder! Dit ga je doen Bij PsyQ Rotterdam-Kralingen behandelen we cliënten met ernstige persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, vaak na eerdere behandelingen zonder voldoende resultaat of wanneer direct specialistische zorg nodig is. In ons Intensief Specialistisch Programma (ISP) werken we met evidence-based behandelingen zoals schematherapie, psychodynamische psychotherapie en dialectische gedragstherapie. Ons multidisciplinaire team van circa 20 professionals biedt een veilige, ondersteunende omgeving voor cliënten met interpersoonlijke problemen, automutilatie en suïcidaliteit. Een sterke kant van ons team is het omgaan met interpersoonlijke dynamiek, ondersteund door open communicatie, intervisie en scholing. Als SPV-er ben je met name verantwoordelijk voor de crisisbehandeling van cliënten. Met grote regelmaat worden cliënten aangemeld die zich in een crisisachtige situatie bevinden. Voordat de intensieve psychotherapeutische behandeling kan plaats vinden is het belangrijk dat de crisissituatie onder controle is. Om dit te bereiken voer je onderstaande werkzaamheden uit: - opstellen van een crisissignaleringsplan samen met cliënten; - uitvoeren van crisisinterventies volgens de crisismodule; - participeren in het Acute BehandelGroep-team; - onder supervisie van de psychiater uitvoeren van medicatiebeleid.
