Dit ga je doen Als Coördinerend Verpleegkundige ben je een zichtbare en verbindende kracht binnen het team. Je combineert directe cliëntzorg met een coördinerende rol en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit en ontwikkeling van de zorgverlening. De functie bestaat uit een unieke combinatie van zorgverlening, coördinatie en kwaliteitswerkzaamheden: - Ongeveer 50% van je werktijd werk je mee in de zorg en ben je flexibel inzetbaar in alle diensten. - De overige 50% vervul je DVP-diensten en richt je je op kwaliteitsverbetering, deskundigheidsbevordering en zorgontwikkeling. - Je krijgt volop ruimte om deze functie verder vorm te geven en vanuit de praktijk verbeteringen te initiëren. Je werkzaamheden als coördinerend verpleegkundige: - Je coördineert, bewaakt en evalueert verpleegkundige zorg en ondersteunt bij complexe zorgsituaties. - Je stelt verpleegkundige onderdelen van zorgleefplannen op en bewaakt de uitvoering ervan. - Je signaleert risico's, initieert verbeteracties en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van protocollen, richtlijnen en deskundigheid.
