Wil jij als verpleegkundige meer verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook betrokken blijven bij de dagelijkse zorg? Als Coördinerend Verpleegkundige op Bovendek combineer je beide. Je kent de bewoners, weet wat er op de afdeling speelt en gebruikt die kennis om samen met het team de kwaliteit van zorg verder te verbeteren. In de ochtend werk je van 07.00 tot 11.00 uur mee in de directe zorg. Daarna verschuift jouw aandacht naar het coördineren van het zorgproces, kwaliteit en het ondersteunen van collega's. Je houdt overzicht, ziet waar iets dreigt vast te lopen en zorgt dat acties worden opgepakt. Voor een aantal bewoners ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor het zorgproces. Bij veranderingen in de gezondheid of complexere zorgvragen kijk je mee en help je collega's om te bepalen wat nodig is. Je stemt af met behandelaren en betrekt familie en naasten wanneer dat nodig is. Ook binnen het team heb je een belangrijke rol. Je stelt vragen, deelt jouw kennis en helpt collega's om zelf verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je geeft feedback en vindt het belangrijk dat collega's elkaar op een prettige en professionele manier durven aan te spreken. Je brengt het knelpunt in kaart, maakt samen met het team een verbeterplan en zorgt dat afspraken worden uitgevoerd. Daarna kijk je of de verandering ook echt het gewenste resultaat heeft. Bovendek is onderdeel van Voor Anker in Huizen. Je werkt hier samen met Verzorgenden IG, Helpenden, Helpende Plus, Zorgassistenten en behandelaren. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen rol en verantwoordelijkheid, maar goede zorg maken jullie samen. Als Coördinerend Verpleegkundige ben je zichtbaar op de afdeling en makkelijk aanspreekbaar voor collega's. Je zorgt voor overzicht en helpt het team om goed samen te werken. Niet door alles zelf op te lossen, maar door collega's sterker te maken in hun eigen rol.
