Als coördinerend verpleegkundige binnen de kliniek volwassenen combineer je directe patiëntenzorg met een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van het team en de kwaliteit van zorg. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de afdeling, ondersteunt collega's in hun dagelijkse werk en draagt actief bij aan het versterken van verpleegkundig vakmanschap. De functie Als coördinerend verpleegkundige heb je een veelzijdige rol. Naast je werkzaamheden als verpleegkundige zorg je ervoor dat collega's optimaal ondersteund worden in het leveren van goede zorg. Je bent een verbindende schakel tussen het verpleegkundig team, behandelaren en management en weet wat er speelt binnen de kliniek. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie is het bewaken, borgen en verder ontwikkelen van de verpleegkundige kwaliteit. Je signaleert kansen voor verbetering, stimuleert professionele ontwikkeling en vertaalt kwaliteitsvraagstukken naar concrete acties binnen het team. Samen met collega's werk je continu aan het verhogen en behouden van de kwaliteit van verpleegkundige zorg.
