Ben jij de Coördinerend Verpleegkundige nachtdienst die ons team komt versterken? Lees dan verder. Dit ga je doen Als coördinerend verpleegkundige in de vaste nachtdienst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de zorg binnen de klinische afdelingen gedurende de nacht. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Organiseren en coördineren van opnames tijdens de nacht, waaronder gastplaatsingen; - Beoordelen van somatische zorgvragen en het inzetten van passende zorg; - Toezien op en mede uitvoeren van de correcte toepassing van Middelen & Maatregelen; - Fungeren als ploegleider BHV en coördineren van veiligheid binnen de kliniek; - Samenwerken met verschillende disciplines binnen het behandelteam om zorgprocessen soepel te laten verlopen (inclusief overdracht naar de dagdienst); - Signaleren van knelpunten in het zorgproces en actief meedenken over verbeteringen; - Communiceren met cliënten, ouders en betrokken netwerk waar nodig; - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en bijstellen van zorgplannen waar nodig. Werktijden: uitsluitend nachtdiensten doordeweeks, in het weekend en op feestdagen. Dit ben jij Je beschikt over: - een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Verpleegkunde; - een geldige BIG-registratie; - een AGB-code of de bereidheid deze aan te vragen; - ervaring in een klinische setting, bij voorkeur binnen de kinder- en jeugdpsychiatrie; - ervaring met het coördineren van zorg; - kennis van de sociale kaart en relevante wet- en regelgev...
