Als coördinerend verzorgende IG coördineer je dat de juiste zorg en welzijn geboden wordt aan de bewoners in samenspraak met naasten en met het zorgteam. Zo stel je zorgleefplannen op, houd je ze actueel, coördineer je de zorg en werk je mee in de dagelijkse zorgverlening. Op je afdeling werken verpleegkundigen, verzorgenden en helpenden. Daarnaast ondersteun je de huiskamer medewerkers. Voor jou is vraag gestuurde zorg geven écht een uitdaging. Wij zoeken een collega voor de afdeling Psychogeriatrie (PG). Waar kom je te werken? Bij Velserduin staan wij voor persoonlijke zorg en aandacht voor zowel de bewoners als medewerkers. Wij willen met elkaar, elke dag een stapje dichter bij de meeste passende zorg voor de bewoner komen, door zoveel mogelijk aan te sluiten bij zijn of haar behoefte. Dit doen we door het inzetten van ieders deskundigheid om de mens achter de ziekte te leren kennen, maar ook door het inzetten van ieders talent. Want heel vaak sluit het talent van een medewerker aan bij de wens van een of meer bewoners! Velserduin, centrum voor Wonen en Revalidatie in IJmuiden is er voor mensen die tijdelijk of permanent 24-uurs zorg, begeleiding en/of behandeling nodig hebben. In onze groepswoningen wonen 108 mensen die vanwege geheugenproblemen of een geestelijke stoornis niet meer zelfstandig kunnen wonen. Verder is er plaats voor 48 mensen die tijdelijk bij ons verblijven en een revalidatieprogramma volgen. IJmuiden kenmerkt zich door een historie van industrie en havens waaruit een hechte familiecultuur is ontstaan.
