We vinden het belangrijk dat bewoners zich veilig, gezien en thuis voelen. Als coördinerend Verzorgende IG draag jij daar iedere dag aan bij. Je combineert de dagelijkse zorg met een coördinerende rol. Je: - Verleent persoonlijke en verpleegtechnische zorg en begeleidt bewoners; - Houdt oog voor het levensverhaal, de wensen en behoeften van bewoners; - Coördineert de dagelijkse zorg en houdt overzicht over de afdeling; - Stemt werkzaamheden af en verdeelt waar nodig taken; - Signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag en welzijn en onderneemt actie; - Bent aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, naasten, collega's en behandelaren; - werkt mee aan zorgleefplannen, MDO's en een goede overdracht; - Ondersteunt en begeleidt collega's en leerlingen waar nodig; - Signaleert knelpunten en denkt mee over verbeteringen in de zorg. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren en helpt je collega's om het samen voor elkaar te krijgen. Je staat daarbij niet boven het team, maar ernaast. Je neemt het voortouw wanneer dat nodig is en weet wanneer je moet opschalen of een andere discipline inschakelt. Dit breng jij mee Je bent een betrokken en daadkrachtige Verzorgende IG met hart voor de ouderenzorg. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking op.
