Eigen regie is voor deze bewoners belangrijk. Het beschermd wonen in Nieuw Varne biedt verschillende ontmoetingsplekken waar wat te beleven valt. De gangen zijn zoveel mogelijk ingericht als straten met diverse sfeervolle nisjes. Als coördinerend verzorgende IG met affiniteit met de PG doelgroep ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht voor bewoners en hun naasten. Je coördineert alle afspraken rondom meerdere cliënten. Jij bewaakt het totale zorgproces rondom de toegewezen cliënten en zorgt ervoor dat de gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen. Hiernaast stel jij het zorgleefplan op, evalueert deze, stelt deze bij waar nodig en zorgt dat het herindicatie proces word opgestart en ondersteund hierbij. Als coördinerend verzorgende IG voer jij verder zelfstandig MDO's en fungeer jij als vraagbaak voor collega's wanneer het gaat om gespecialiseerde kennis op gebied van PG of somatische zorg. Ook toets en draag jij zorg voor de afgesproken kwaliteit van zorg op jouw gang.
