Als (coördinerend) verzorgende IG speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijkse leven van bewoners met een hoge doorstroom en dagelijkse opnames. Je leert hen snel kennen en ondersteunt hen optimaal, waarbij je in de coördinerende rol zorgleefplannen opstelt, uitvoert en bijstuurt. Jouw professionele blik draagt direct bij aan het verbeteren van de zorgkwaliteit. Wat ga je doen als (Coördinerend) verzorgende IG? - Snel en goed de bewoners leren kennen om de beste ondersteuning te bieden - Samenwerken met collega's om de dag zo prettig mogelijk te laten verlopen - Zorgleefplannen opstellen, uitvoeren en bijsturen (in coördinerende rol) - Deelnemen aan overlegmomenten en bijdragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering van de zorg - MDO's houden voor cliënten met de behandelaren Wat Topaz jou biedt - Salaris volgens FWG35 voor Verzorgende IG en FWG40 voor Coördinerend Verzorgende IG - Vakantietoeslag van 8% - Gegarandeerde eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% Ben jij een betrokken Verzorgende IG die klaar is voor een uitdaging met meer verantwoordelijkheid?
