Wat zal je doen?

Ben jij een technisch talent dat energie haalt uit een goed draaiende productieomgeving? Heb je ervaring met zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud en neem je graag een coördinerende rol op binnen een technisch team? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

Als storingstechnieker met coördinerende verantwoordelijkheden zorg je voor het snel en efficiënt oplossen van technische storingen en werk je mee aan het plannen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud. Daarnaast fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor techniekers, productie en externe partners.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse technische werkzaamheden binnen het team en het opvolgen van prioriteiten in overleg met de productie.
  • Actief meewerken aan interventies en technische herstellingen.
  • Plannen, voorbereiden en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines en installaties in samenspraak met productie.
  • Registreren en analyseren van storingen om structurele oplossingen te ontwikkelen en herhaling te voorkomen.
  • Communiceren met de productieafdeling over voortgang, interventies en eventuele stilstanden.
  • Beheer en opvolging van het technisch magazijn, inclusief: bestellen en ontvangen van onderdelen voorraadbeheer correcte registratie in het systeem
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringsprojecten rond veiligheid, efficiëntie en de betrouwbaarheid van machines.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een technische opleiding (elektromechanica, mechanica, elektriciteit) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector.
  • Sterke kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en industriële automatisatie.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en neemt spontaan een coördinerende rol op.
  • Je bent communicatief, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt graag in daguren maar bent flexibel indien nodig.
  • Kennis van een technisch magazijn is een sterke plus.
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
