The posting

Als Coördinator Externe Logistiek ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de externe logistieke flow.

Concreet:

  • Je plant en volgt transporten tussen het hoofdmagazijn, externe magazijnen en klanten op.
  • Je plant transporten rechtstreeks in bij externe transportpartners en volgt de uitvoering nauwgezet op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle transport- en douanedocumentatie correct en tijdig beschikbaar is.
  • Je bent het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor de externe magazijnen en logistieke partners.
  • Je bewaakt de beschikbare voorraadcapaciteit en bepaalt mee welke volumes extern opgeslagen moeten worden.
  • Je stemt de aanvoer van extern opgeslagen materialen af op de productieplanning.
  • Je kijkt ook vooruit en maakt inschattingen rond toekomstige volumes, capaciteit en kosten.
  • Je bewaakt afspraken met logistieke partners en hebt oog voor kostenoptimalisatie.
  • Je detecteert knelpunten en doet voorstellen om processen slimmer en efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met Aankoop, Productieplanning, Customer Service en interne logistiek.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Must haves

  • Bachelor denkniveau, opgebouwd via opleiding en/of relevante ervaring.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, transport, supply chain of planning.
  • Je werkt bijzonder gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, ook wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk binnenkomen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht in een omgeving waarin prioriteiten snel veranderen.
  • Je wacht niet af, maar signaleert problemen en onderneemt zelf actie.
  • Je durft te bellen, doorvragen en hulp inschakelen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in Frans.
  • Je bent assertief, oplossingsgericht en voldoende matuur om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met externe magazijnen of 3PL-partners.
  • Ervaring met voorraad- of capaciteitsbeheer.
  • Kennis van SAP.
  • Goede praktische kennis van Engels.
  • Ervaring vanuit productieplanning
