Door te doen en te ervaren, ga jij jezelf en uiteindelijk ook je team ontwikkelen. Jouw taak om de focus op people en de business in balans te houden! Als co-worker sales maak jij er topsport van onze klanten te helpen. Dat doe je 32 uur per week. Als verkooptijger stel jij de juiste vragen om de wensen en behoeften van onze klanten te achterhalen en door te vertalen naar de juiste producten. Het eerste wat klanten opvalt als ze binnenkomen in onze winkel is jouw fijne aanwezigheid. Daarnaast zien ze onze geweldige woonartikelen. Jouw afdeling is dankzij jou altijd netjes. Wat je verder gaat doen: • Onze klanten adviseren in passende woonoplossingen en daarin weet je hen te verrassen. • Je bent de drijvende kracht binnen je eigen afdeling, je helpt waar nodig en bent altijd bereid een stapje extra te zetten.
