Voor een West-Vlaamse onderneming gespecialiseerd in industriële elektrotechnische projecten zoeken we een co-bedrijfsleider. Deze KMO telt een 25-tal medewerkers en realiseert projecten van A tot Z binnen industriële gebouwen, kantoren, zorginstellingen, scholen en andere utiliteitsomgevingen.

Hoewel het bedrijf deel uitmaakt van een grotere multitechnische groep, werkt het volledig autonoom met een eigen structuur, eigen aanwervingen en een eigen operationele werking. De projecten situeren zich in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen, binnen een straal van maximaal één uur rijden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Samen met je collega-bedrijfsleider neem je de algemene leiding op en stuur je zowel mensen als projecten doelgericht aan
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt voor het team begeleid je aanwervingen, stimuleer je groei en bouw je actief mee aan een sterke organisatie
  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert interne processen, denkt vooruit en zet mee stappen richting verdere digitalisering
  • Als projectmanager volg je bovendien je eigen elektroprojecten van A tot Z op
  • Tot slot onderhoud je professionele contacten met architecten, studieburelen en hoofdaannemers en zorg je voor correcte technische documentatie
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master binnen elektrotechniek
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen elektrotechnische projectwerking is vereist
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan vlot werken met AutoCAD 2D
