Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Binnen onze engineering zien we dat er voor (bijna) elke machine losse oplossingen bestaan voor schakelkastklimatisering, zoals airconditioning en ventilatie. Veel van deze varianten bevatten vergelijkbare componenten, maar worden nu nog vaak per machine of project ingevuld. In deze afstudeeropdracht ga jij onderzoeken waar standaardisatie mogelijk is en hoe we tot een consistente keuze komen die past bij verschillende klantomgevingen. Je werkt toe naar een praktisch advies en een toepasbaar calculatieproces. Daarbij neem je factoren mee die in de praktijk het verschil maken, zoals buitentemperatuur, gelijktijdigheid van componenten in de kast, warmteverliezen en de positionering van de schakelkast bij de klant op locatie. Het resultaat moet een methode zijn waarmee collega's snel de benodigde klimatiseringsoptie bepalen en onderbouwen. Mogelijke onderdelen van je opdracht: - In kaart brengen van de huidige kastklimatiseringsopties en de overlap in componenten en toepassingen; - Opzetten van een calculatiemodel (bijv. rekenblad/tool) met relevante invoerparameters en duidelijke uitgangspunten; - Definiëren van één of meerdere standaardoplossingen (richtlijnen/keuzematrix) voor veelvoorkomende machines en klantsituaties. Vereisten Wij vragen - Een HBO- opleiding in de richting van Elektrotechniek of verglijkbaar.
