KdG - de Karel de Grote Hogeschool in Antwerpen, waar docenten en medewerkers zich elke dag inzetten voor sterk onderwijs en gelijkwaardige kansen.

De opleiding Financiën en Verzekeringen bereidt 450 studenten voor op een loopbaan in Vastgoed, Verzekeringen of Financiën. We geven ze een rugzak vol kennis en helpen hen softskills te ontwikkelen om klanten goed te adviseren en te ondersteunen

Wat is jouw rol?

Je draagt bij aan het groeiproces van onze studenten als gedreven professionals. Je coacht studenten in hun leerproces, geeft feedback en evalueert hun groei.

Je taken:

  • Je begeleidt derdejaarsstudenten in de concrete uitwerking van hun afstudeerproject (https://bamaflexweb.kdg.be/BMFUIDetailxOLOD.aspx?a=169820&b=1&c=1). Je begeleidt hen via leergroepen die regelmatig samenkomen om voor elkaar op te treden als klankbord en kritische vriend.
  • Je treedt op als voorzitter van een jury samengesteld uit professionals van het betrokken werkveld. Je coördineert de scores en de motivatie van de evaluatie van de studenten.
  • Je coacht en evalueert studenten tijdens het uitvoeren van hun stage en overlegt met de stagementor in het stagebedrijf.
  • Je geeft studenten feedback om hen te helpen hun studiedoelen te bereiken.
  • Je stimuleert en ondersteunt studenten om zich te ontwikkelen en de gewenste competenties te behalen.
  • Je plant feedbackgesprekken in met de stagementor en de student en voert deze uit.
  • Je verzorgt de administratie die aan deze opleidingsonderdelen verbonden is.
  • Je evalueert de te behalen competenties en je stemt regelmatig af met je collega’s.

Dan word je binnen KdG ook statutair aangesteld. [3] (#_ftnref3) De verlofdagen worden collectief vastgelegd tijdens de schoolvakanties.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in minstens één van de leerlijnen; Vastgoed, Verzekeringen of Financiën.
  • Je kunt je opgedane expertise vertalen naar een onderwijs- of coaching aanpak op maat. Je hebt affiniteit met de leefwereld van studenten en weet hen te motiveren.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma in een economische richting. Een pedagogisch diploma is een plus.
  • Je bent in staat om de rol van coach op je te nemen en studenten te begeleiden in hun leer-/onderwijsproces.
  • Je bent een teamspeler. Je beschikt over sterke communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
  • Je bent overtuigd van het belang van levenslang leren en blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe ontwikkelingen en integreert deze in je lesmethoden.
  • Je kunt diverse digitale applicaties gebruiken in je werk. Bij KdG werken we met de gangbare Office365-programma's, het leermanagementsysteem Canvas en het digitale platform e-studentservice.
