Korte omschrijving Thuisadministratie Bij Thuisadministratie Humanitas Noord-Limburg ondersteunen vrijwilligers mensen met betalingsachterstanden en schulden. Ook zijn we er voor mensen die willen leren hun administratie (weer) zelf te doen. Wat ga je doen? In je rol als vrijwilliger Thuisadministratie (TA) help je mensen die - om welke reden dan ook - de grip op hun (financiële) administratie verloren hebben. Bij Humanitas is het uitgangspunt dat we mensen op weg helpen, zodat ze het na ongeveer een jaar weer zelf kunnen. En hier draag jij als vrijwilliger aan bij: je zet mensen in hun kracht en biedt je deelnemer(s) weer perspectief op een gezonde financiële toekomst. Je werkt als vrijwilliger Thuisadministratie natuurlijk nauw samen met je deelnemer, maar vaak ook met zijn/haar naasten. Daarom heb je ook altijd oog voor de persoonlijke omgeving van je deelnemer. Daarnaast heb je contact met bijvoorbeeld budgetbeheer en gemeenten, maar ook met contactpersonen op de financiële afdeling van zorgverzekeringen of woningcorporaties. Hoe ziet de functie van vrijwilliger Thuisadministratie precies eruit? Dat bepaal jij, samen met je deelnemer! Vanuit Humanitas krijg je een kort (online) scholingstraject, maar de precieze invulling van het traject en frequentie van de ondersteuning stem jij als vrijwilliger af met de deelnemer. Natuurlijk staat jouw vrijwilligerscoördinator voor je klaar om je hiermee op weg te helpen. Inhoudelijk fungeer je in deze rol vooral als coach; je luistert, geeft feedback en gaat samen met jouw deelnemer op zoek naar passende en vooral duurzame oplossingen. Wat vragen wij van je?
