Perfect! Als procesbegeleider ben je hier namelijk elke dag mee bezig in je contacten met

cliënten, hun netwerk en onze partnerorganisaties.

Tegelijk kom je ‘thuis’ op het werk in een warm, open en dynamisch regioteam van 9 collega’s.

Hoe doe je dit?

Als procesbegeleider ga je samen met de cliënt en zijn netwerk op weg om zijn mogelijkheden

en ondersteuningsvragen in kaart te brengen. Hierbij vertrek je vanuit de sterktes van de

persoon zelf.

Je coacht in het intensieve denk- en zoekproces naar de meest passende ondersteuning.

Omdat elke persoon met een (vermoeden van) handicap anders is, is ook elk proces anders.

Het hele proces verwerk je in een Ondersteuningsplan voor de cliënt.

Wat breng jij mee?

• Een menswetenschappelijke opleiding op bachelorniveau of gelijkgesteld door

ervaring;

• Een ‘bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden’;

• Ervaring in de sociale sector is een pluspunt;

• Je houdt van netwerken en hebt kennis van het werkveld;

• Je bent een teamspeler en kan vlot communiceren met verschillende type mensen;

• Je vindt het belangrijk om de cliënt sterker te maken en te werken op maat van zijn

mogelijkheden.

• Je wil samen zoeken naar goede ondersteuning: ‘gewoon waar mogelijk,

gespecialiseerd als nodig’;

• Je kan zelfstandig werken;

• Je kan je uitdrukken in het Frans of bent bereid tot bijscholing;

• Administratieve taken schrikken je niet af;

• Je hebt een rijbewijs B en een wagen ter beschikking.
