ConceptZ is een erkend opleidingsbedrijf dat zich toelegt op het ontwikkelen en organiseren van opleidingen voor huishoudhulpen binnen de dienstenchequesector. Met een team van 7 enthousiaste professionals zijn we actief in heel België.

Onze missie? Werknemers helpen groeien – zowel technisch, communicatief als persoonlijk – via praktijkgerichte opleidingen en persoonlijke coaching. Zo versterken we niet alleen hun vaardigheden, maar ook hun betrokkenheid en werkplezier.

Uiteindelijk streven we naar gemotiveerde en bekwame medewerkers die, samen met het management, elke dag bijdragen aan de duurzame groei van onze organisatie.

Wat doet een coach bij ConceptZ eigenlijk?

Kort? Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze huishoudhulpen sterker in hun schoenen staan. Iets langer? Je organiseert groepsopleidingen én persoonlijke coachingstrajecten, op maat van de medewerker. Je bent aanwezig op de werkvloer, geeft feedback, denkt mee en motiveert. Altijd met een open blik, een luisterend oor en een portie gezond enthousiasme.

  • Je geeft praktijkgerichte opleidingen.
  • Je voert persoonlijke coachings uit bij de mensen thuis of op locatie
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratie (voor o.a. subsidies)
  • Je plant zelfstandig je agenda in
  • Je ontzorgt je opdrachtgever en neemt het organisatorische luik op jou

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, en redt je ook in het Frans en Engels
  • Je weet hoe je met weerstand omgaat en blijft positief
  • Je bent zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en staat stevig in je schoenen
  • Je communiceert helder en past je taal aan aan wie voor je zit
  • Diversiteit? Jij omarmt het. Elke cultuur, elk verhaal, elke mens.

  • Andere talen spreekt
  • Ervaring hebt in coaching, schoonmaaksector of sociale economie
