Als cockpitmedewerker ben jij de regisseur van het logistieke proces. Jij bewaakt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je hebt een centrale rol op de werkvloer: je schakelt met chauffeurs en collega's en ondersteunt de teamleider. Dankzij jouw inzicht en aanpak blijft de operatie draaien. Wat ga je doen? - Bewaken van inkomende ritten - Contact onderhouden met interne en externe stakeholders - Verwerken van logistieke handelingen in het systeem (in-, op- en uitslag) - Signaleren en oplossen van storingen en afwijkingen - Monitoren van dagelijkse processen en workflow - Ondersteunen van teamleiders - Bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving Wat vragen wij? - MBO werk- en denkniveau - Stressbestendig en snel kunnen schakelen - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden - Oplossingsgericht en proactief - Servicegericht en betrokken - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels - Bereid om te werken in 2-ploegendienst: 05:30-14:30 14:00-23:00 Wat bieden wij?
