L'équipe administrative de la SETCa-BBTK Bruxelles-Halle-Vilvoorde accueille chaque jour des personnes ayant les questions les plus diverses et les aide avec le sourire. Depuis le cœur de Bruxelles, elle assure un solide soutien administratif à la SETCa-BBTK Bruxelles-Halle-Vilvoorde En tant que membre de l'équipe :

  • Vous êtes, au guichet, le point de contact des membres du syndicat des employés.
  • Vous renseignez les membres sur toutes les questions relatives à leur adhésion.
  • Vous assurez le traitement administratif des données dans la base de données centrale.
  • Vous assurez la communication interne et externe, tant par écrit que par téléphone.
  • Vous assurez un soutien administratif global.
  • Vous rendez compte au responsable du service Administration.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme dans le domaine administratif (ASO/TSO, formation professionnelle (actiris ou autre) ou bachelier professionnelle) ou disposez d'une expérience équivalente.
  • Les jeunes diplômés ou les jeunes sortis de l'enseignement sont également les bienvenus pour postuler.
  • Vous disposez d'une connaissance approfondie de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Outre votre langue maternelle, le français ou le néerlandais, vous maîtrisez bien la deuxième langue officielle (le néerlandais ou le français).
  • Vous êtes un collaborateur motivé et avez l'esprit d'équipe.
  • Au sein de l'équipe, vous faites preuve d'esprit d'initiative et êtes capable de travailler de manière très autonome et rigoureuse.
  • Votre flexibilité et votre résistance au stress vous permettent d'atteindre vos objectifs.
  • Vous avez un style de communication ouvert et direct.
  • Vous accordez une grande importance à l'orientation client.
  • Vous disposez des compétences relationnelles nécessaires, ainsi que de l'engagement requis pour vous intégrer facilement au sein d'une équipe syndicale.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan klantgericht werken.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige sociale vaardigheden, alsook over het nodige militantisme zodat je je vlot kan integreren in een syndicaal team.
